Ritesh is a Chartered Accountant with over 16 years of Real Estate, Banking and Audit experience.
He has a wealth of experience with renowned companies like PriceWaterhouseCoopers, ICICI Bank and was last working as a Vice President with Omaxe ltd heading its various Real Estate projects.
He has vast experience of steering Real Estate projects from Planning till delivery stage through innovative Marketing and quality execution.
He has launched and executed more than 40 successful Real Estate Projects covering Residential Group Housings, Townships, Commercial Towers, Hotels amongst others with a combined sales turnover of more than INR 5000 Cr.
Being an integral part of various corporate cricket leagues, Ritesh brings the same leadership acumen and inclusive approach of a sportsman to his business and that has earned him industry wide recognition and laurels bringing with it an enviable Network of quality marketing associates who trust in him.
Diwaker Bansal: Co-Founder
Diwaker is a Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary with a rich domain experience of 14 years in Indian Real Estate.
He has been a seasoned campaigner with experience of acquiring more than 2000 Acres of Land in New Chandigarh (1000 acres), Lucknow (700 acres) amongst other areas.
He has proved his mettle as a professional with an impeccable track record while heading Internal Audit, Treasury, Land Consolidation and Commercial departments with Omaxe Limited.
Prior to that he was handling Accounts, Finance & Taxation work for the Essel Group backed Real Estate major Suncity Projects Limited.

Complete transparency in terms of unit area calculations:
The company will clearly define the core unit area as well as loading of common areas and balcony to come out with Total saleable area.
As a first measure, the company would be taking only 50% of the total balcony area into saleable area as opposed to currently followed policy of 100% charge of balcony by the industry.
We will be setting new standards of professionalism by not accepting more than 5% variation in total saleable area at the time of possession.
Any increase or decrease in area would only be settled on original purchase rate of property thereby ensuring no last minute monetary surprises for customer.
Penalty that is atleast double the industry standards in case of delay in possession.
Transparency & Documentation:
Same penalty for late receipt of payment as well as late delivery.
Inflation free construction commitment:
By careful economic research and financial planning, the company ensures any increase in construction cost due to inflation is never passed on to customer.
This also ensures the developer is always focused to deliver the project in a timely manner.
Quarterly Construction Updates:
The customers are updated quarterly about the construction updates and milestones of the project. The updates are accompanied with latest pictures of site progress as well.

All customer requests/queries will be addressed through proper Customer Relationship Management(CRM) having different SLA's(Service Level Agreements) / TAT's(Turn Around Time) for each and every query/request to be addressed in timely manner.
