In a situation when the borrower is\ninvolved in a civil or criminal case he can be called as a&nbsp;defaulter.\nSometimes, the divorcee party may also become defaulter in case of a&nbsp;joint\nloan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Agreement\nAmendment Clause<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The\napproval of the borrower under this clause allows the lender bank to change (or\namend) certain conditions mentioned in the agreement. Amongst other things, the\nbank can also make corrections to the loan interest rate. Crucial amendments\nmay come into effect if the borrower intends to repay the loan earlier than the\ndecided tenure. Some banks may decide to impose a hefty fine under their\namendment clause.
